Gloria Guida Biography

Gloria Guida is an Italian actress and model born on 19 November 1955 in Meran, Italy. Guida is most famous for starring in the ‘commedia erotica all’italiana’, particularly La liceale series and also in erotic coming-of-age-drama films in the mid-1970s.

She first started a singing career, starting in her father’s dancing place on the Romagna coast. She then took up modeling and became Miss Teenage Italia in 1974. Guida made her breakthrough in 1975 with La liceale (Teasers) and Avere vent’anni (“To Be Twenty”) in 1978, where she starred with Lilli Carati.
